Stats Strategy Call

The Strategy Call is for those who need a little stats help, but not a full on consulting statistician.

Do you need:

A little advice and help moving in the right direction?
A statistics strategy to find the answers you seek?
A few hours or days of statistics work done by an expert?

Here is where we figure out what you need and put it into action.

I will chat with you and provide you with statistical advice and a sounding board for all your statistical needs. You should hire me if you do your own stats but need a sanity check to make sure you’re doing things the right way.

If you need help with something statistical that is too far out of my area of expertise, I’ll let you know, try to recommend resources that might be able to help you, and refund your money!

Before the Call

Let me know what's troubling you and schedule a chat so we can discuss it.

Do you have a sample of data for me to look over?

Send it through so I can prepare - maximising your value for the call.

During the Call

We discuss your data strategy and how it can be improved.

You'll get a roadmap of how to get from where you are to where you want to be.

If you need me to do some analyses for you, we will discuss timescales and agree a fixed price.

After the Call

I'll send you the details of what we discussed with a checklist of everything you need.

If I'm doing your analyses for you, I will jump right on it get your results back to you within the agreed timescale!

About Lee Baker

I am a specialist in analysing medical data, having worked for 8 years as a consulting Medical Statistician in one of Europe's largest teaching hospitals.

However, as a Statistician and Data Scientist for over 20 years I have experience working in a wide range of areas, including finance, education and agriculture.

I am happy to give advice on most statistical issues, and also to undertake detailed statistical analysis. The length of projects undertaken can range from a half hour of advice to the analysis of large and complex datasets.

Prices

For smaller projects my usual policy is to charge for the number of hours spent.

For larger projects a fixed fee for the entire project can be agreed - including payment plans.
